In specific cases, customers may be asked to destroy the product to ensure safety and prevent accidental consumption of potentially unsafe products.

Refunds related to order cancellations are processed immediately, though the time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method.

 

Exclusions

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Zerean are not eligible for refund or exchange.

When can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime. You’re in full control — You can edit, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time, but if you want this change to take effect before your next shipment leaves, you need to let us know within 24 hours before your next shipment is sent by logging in to your account page.

 

It is important to keep in mind that a subscription is made up of multiple recurring orders that can comprise of multiple products and bundles. Terminating your subscription plan does not cancel an active order that has been already been charged and placed through the subscription.
